FAQ’s

Our primary goal is to breed quality companion dogs who are confident and healthy.  We do not breed for any specific working job in mind, but with that being said it is possible that some of our puppies might end up in some sort of working capacity or sport.  They are smart, healthy and confident and have a very willing to please attitude. 

Our puppies are exposed to men, women, kids, other dogs and a cat.  They have exposure to household sounds such as vacuum cleaners, washer, dryer, television, etc.  in addition they spend some time in a safe outdoor enclosure as well as their climate controlled indoor enclosure with various toys and beds.

You can reserve a puppy by signing a contract on the puppy of your choice and putting down a $500 non-refundable deposit.

We perform health testing on all of our breeding dogs.  We do a complete DNA health testing to make sure they don't have any hereditary diseases such as eye diseases, and make sure they are free from the skin disorder called Ichthyosis.  We also check hips, elbows and heart.

Our puppies are raised in our home and receive daily socialization with people and other dogs. We follow the Early neurological stimulation (ENS).  ENS can help improve their cardiovascular and immune systems.   "Early stimulation for puppies, especially by breeders, is crucial and should begin as early as possible within the first few weeks of life, focusing on gentle handling, exposure to various sights, sounds, and people to ensure proper socialization and prevent future behavioral issues." - Ian Dunbar

Our puppies are fed a high-quality, salmon based puppy food or lamb based food.  

Our puppies range in price from $1800 - $3500.  

We are currently focusing on the the lighter colors and beautiful cream Goldens.  We strive to produce Goldens that are within the standard. Males should weigh 65–75 pounds and females should weigh 55–65 pounds.  Our vision is to produce an athletic built dog that has a "willing to please" attitude.  We produce dogs that are energetic yet have an "off" button and can relax after a day of fun.

•  We guarantee that your puppy will be updated on 1st round of shots, dewormed, microchipped, and vet checked. 
•  We also guarantee that your pup will qualify to be registered with the American Kennel Club under FULL REGISTRATION. This means that you have all breeding rights associated with your puppy. 
• We offer a 7 day guarantee on your new puppy guaranteeing that puppy is heathy providing you take your puppy to a veterinarian of your choice at your expense for a complete exam during this period.  If your puppy is not healthy then you can receive a refund only if you return puppy within the 7 days.  Verification by vet is necessary.  
• We do not guarantee your dog will pass OFA exams.  This is because we won't know if the dog has been bred, malnourished, kept over ideal weights, fed cheap unhealthy food, or sustained an injury...all of which can affect OFA scores.  

Just send us an email telling us which upcoming litter you are interested in and we will put your information on our list to send you updates on the litter.  As soon as the litter is born we will start taking deposits for puppies.   We will email you our contract with total price of puppy.  You sign and return contract with $500 non-refundable deposit and balance due on or before pickup.

Once you've put a deposit on your puppy and signed the contract we will send weekly updates on your puppy.  Once your puppy is 8 weeks old you can arrange to pick up the puppy at our home in San Antonio, (Address will be given on contract)

We do not deliver puppies however we can arrange to meet at the San Antonio airport if you want to fly in to pick up your puppy.  All arrangements for transporting your puppy after pickup are your responsibility.

We have learned the hard way that many people just want to ask about our puppies (hence this FAQ page) and don't have any intentions of buying a puppy at this time.  While we are glad you might be interested in buying one of our puppies in the future we don't have time to talk to the MANY people that contact us...we would simply be on the phone all day!  Hopefully this FAQ page has the info you need...if not please email us your questions and I'll add it to this page.

Once you have requested a contract to purchase a puppy we will contact you by phone before we take any deposits.  At that time we will Facetime with you so you can actually see the puppies that are available.  We can also arrange for you to visit in person before you make your deposit once the puppy is at least 4-5 weeks old, however some people reserve their puppies as soon as they are born so we cannot guarantee we will have the puppy of your choice if you choose to wait.
